A significant amount of this is food side streams such as spent grain from breweries, whey from dairy companies and pulp from juice producers.
At Sidestream we aim to prevent this waste by helping companies identify their valuable side streams, match companies that can benefit from each others side streams and manage the distribution and logistics.
